Explore the incredible diversity of Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most popular and biodiverse safari destination. Covering approximately 1,978 square kilometers, the park lies in western Uganda and stretches across the Equator, offering a remarkable mix of ecosystems including savannah plains, wetlands, forests, and volcanic crater lakes.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is famous for its rich wildlife, scenic landscapes, and unique experiences. The park is home to four members of the Big Five — lions, leopards, elephants, and buffaloes – along with large herds of Uganda kob, hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of antelope species.
One of the park’s biggest highlights is the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George, known for having one of the highest concentrations of hippos and Nile crocodiles in Africa. The remote Ishasha Sector is also famous for its rare tree-climbing lions.
This four-day safari offers a perfect combination of wildlife viewing, boat cruises, chimpanzee tracking, and cultural experiences, making it one of the most complete safari packages in Uganda.
