Discover the unforgettable experience of gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Located in southwestern Uganda, Bwindi is home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas.
This ancient forest, estimated to be over 25,000 years old, is one of the most biologically diverse ecosystems in Africa. It hosts over 120 mammal species, 350 bird species, and more than 200 butterfly species, making it a paradise for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts.
The main highlight of this safari is gorilla trekking, where visitors hike through dense forest terrain to spend a magical hour with a habituated gorilla family. Trekking takes place in four sectors: Buhoma, Ruhija, Rushaga, and Nkuringo.
This four-day safari offers a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife encounter combined with scenic landscapes, cultural experiences, and immersive nature exploration.
